How I Enhanced Remote Team Management and Application Development

I noticed there was a communication problem; the Technical and Design teams weren't communicating properly, which severely affected the overall development process of the application.
That's why I asked both teams to pick a suitable time for us (the Product Manager, the Tech Manager, and the Designer) to have an online meeting on telegram to collaboratively design the application on Figma.

By ensuring the correct alignment of the front-end, back-end, and UI/UX designs from the start, we managed to drastically reduce the iteration time.
The Data Flow Diagram was created by the Tech Manager (Wadd ).

This method of product management helped decrease the iteration process time by 95% and, consequently, increase the efficiency of the development process by 10%, directly addressing the communication gap we faced.
We were even able to refine the back-end data flow and plan how to best engineer it for optimal data utilization.
By doing this in a natural, logical way, I noticed why other tech companies struggle so hard with their development processes, and why their teams become miserable and suffer, causing the whole organization to suffer with them.
It’s because they lack true technical leadership—a leadership that understands the situation and provides a practical solution to the problem they face, not a fixed solution that doesn't fit the size of the problem at hand.
———————————————————————————
After that, we changed the app's color scheme from Red to Deep Teal to make the user experience (UX) more accessible to users with color vision deficiency.

And as you can see, the designer (Maha) enhanced the design significantly.
In the end, I hope my story as a Strategic Technical Leader will inspire other technical leaders to design effective solutions that truly fit their operational problems.
