A Brief of the 3-Day Graduation Project:
Rapid Product Development
We had just three days to finish the graduation project. Adel served as the Project Manager, I was the Product Manager, and Maha was the Designer.
Day 1: Discovery & Core Research
I gathered all user requirements from Mr. Adel and established the farm owners’ key pain points.
I immediately began researching IoT technology to identify solutions that could automate farming tasks, such as monitoring date palm trees.
The goal was set: monitor the trees' health metrics and proactively solve their problems.
Day 2: Architecture & Scope Expansion
Mr. Adel broadened the project's scope to include a solar energy system to significantly lower electricity costs.
I continued research, identifying and securing the perfect monitoring drone from a well-known company.
My main task: design the complex system architecture complete with all necessary sub-systems.
Day 3: UX Direction & Finalization
I continued working on the architecture design and data flow.
I directed the UI Designer (Maha) to finalize the end-user interface—the dashboard the farmer would use to monitor and automate the entire farm's operations.

/ Achievement in System Design and Planning
Achievement in System Design and Planning in the STAR format:
Situation: There was an urgent need to automate traditional tasks on palm tree farms, with the goal of improving efficiency and increasing the precision of the agricultural operations performed by the farmer.
Task: I was assigned a comprehensive task that required me to gather system requirements, build an integrated system architecture, and plan the core and peripheral systems. Additionally, I was responsible for designing the user user experience (UX) in collaboration with a specialized designer that was responsible of designing the (UI), all within three days.
Action: I worked intensively within the specified timeframe. I conducted a thorough analysis of all agricultural operations and designed an integrated system architecture that links high-precision edge devices with artificial intelligence. Concurrently, I collaborated closely with the UI/UX designer to translate the system's technical requirements into a user-friendly and effective visual design, ensuring a seamless integration between the back-end and the front-end of the system.
Result: The result was a successful completion on time, as I delivered a comprehensive system blueprint that included both the technical architecture and the UI/UX design.This achievement demonstrated my ability to plan, execute rapidly, and collaborate effectively to achieve comprehensive results that met all technical and aesthetic requirements.
